ABC also includes a 128-unit apartment community across Old Lynchburg that includes dedicated usable space in the center of the community and provides a minimum of 15% affordable units. Employees of ABC businesses could live here, or in other surrounding residential areas, and commute by walking across the street with our planned pedestrian improvements.
